Richard William Wagers passed away on Monday, January 29, 2014. He was born on March 24, 1918 in Lodi to parents Gerald & Maurine Wagers. Richard attended local schools & married Jacqueline Wagers in 1937. Theirs was a union which lasted 74 years, ending at her death in 2011. During WWII, he worked as an electrician at Colberg Shipyards in Stockton, building mine sweepers.
